# Know Yourself for Business

Three systems we have found extremely useful to know yourself from a business perspective are :

**Kolbe**  
The Kolbe A Index measures the instinctive ways you take action when you strive.

You receive a score from 1 to 9 in four areas :

- Fact Finder

- Follow Thru

- Quick Start

- Implementor

This can then be used to evaluate how to best use your time.

**Visionary / Intergrator Test**  
Works on the premise that the best business leadership teams have both an Integrator and a Visionary.

**Unique Ability**  
This is a concept developed by Dan Sullivan of Strategic Coach.

It is based on the idea that we all have unique abilities and to be truly successful we should be focusing on these abilities and have others work with us in the other areas that are not our unique abilities.
